- Yakhni ke liye ek pattila lein us mein sub yakhni ke masale or pani or chicken daal ke pakny rakh dain.



- Jab adha pani reh jay to yakhni chaahan lain.or chicken b yakhni mein dal dain.


- Dahi,hara dhania, green chilli, Lehsan, Adrak ko bland kar lain,


- Ab 1 cup ghee/oil garamkren us mein piyaz fry karein, then us mein crushed paper, zeera, salt, garammasala, Badiyan ke phool, daal dain, chamchy se hilay or green masala shamil kar dain. Roast karein.



- Jab masala bhoon lain us mein yakhni or chicken sath shamil karen.


- Phir rice dholy hoy shamil karen, or pani ki zarrorat ho to pani bhi shamil karen.mein pani finger ko deep kar ke pani ka rakhti hu jesy ke pic mein mention hai.



- Teez anch rakhain start mein, then boil any par halki anch kar dain, jab dry hony lgy pani phir dum par laga dain 10/15 mint. aur serve kar lein
